Questions

What does "price locked for life" mean?

If you subscribe at the launch price, you keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active. Even after I stop offering the discount to new subscribers, your renewal price stays the same. Cancel and re-subscribe later, and you'll pay the full price.

What happens after my free trial?

Nothing bad. Your app keeps working on the free plan. If you added more than 15 items during the trial, they stay — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove some.

Do I lose my data if I don't upgrade?

Never. All your data stays on your device. Free users keep full access to everything they've created. The only limit is on adding new items beyond the 15-item cap.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel through Google Play at any time. You keep Premium until the end of your billing period.

Do Premium subscribers get new features?

Yes. All Premium subscribers get new features as they ship, at no extra cost. I'm always working on improvements and new capabilities.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled through Google Play's standard refund policy. If you're unhappy, email support@kepthouse.app and I'll sort it out.
